If you struggle with negative self-talk, feelings of worthlessness, anxiety, panic, or processing past events, I totally get it. Life can be challenging. The world we live in, it's constant changes, and the struggles we are faced with are super difficult; however, we do not need to suffer. You don't have to feel alone because you are not alone. There are many paths to take when deciding how to navigate life's challenges. Often times we are in our own way of living a high quality of life. We may have difficulty seeing that if we are able to change even the simplest of things such as our own thoughts, we may be able to improve, and enhance our lives.
I will allow you the space to attain your goals while being able to vent, be validated, and problem solve. All humans, including you, are doing the best you can given what you currently know at any given time. We are all capable of living the best life possible.
I have over 17 years of experience in the Mental Health field. I am passionate about building relationships and earning trust for people whom I may help guide on their journey to being the most effective human possible, and to live the best quality of life possible. I value people and respect the unique thought process people possess. Together, we can assess life goals, objectives, and work together to find the best treatment modality to achieve those goals. I pull from various therapeutic styles such as person centered, various behavioral schools of thought. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders.
